When sipping a cup of Murgana coffee, one never thinks about how it was made. The moment one indulges in a Murgana coffee, everything else comes later.
However, it takes only a little to discover what are the fundamental steps that explain the goodness and intensity of our coffee.
The process begins with selection, the
starting point determining the quality of the final product.
Our beans come from South America, Africa and Asia. The selection of coffee is a path that is achieved from the harvesting of the best beans to the care of processing them, essential criteria for achieving optimum quality.
At this stage, the "character" of the coffee is formed, which, once cooled, is placed in special silos where it is left to rest for a few days and then ready for packaging.
